charged immediately following the close of the auction. No other forms of
payment will be accepted. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will apply to all purchases. An
additional 5% fee will be added for credit card processing. All items must be
picked up at the exact time and location provided to winning bidders. Winning
bidders must bring their own help for loading. Auction staff will NOT assist
with loading. Items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time may be
subject to additional charges. Any items remaining 15 minutes after the close
of pickup time will be considered forfeited with no refund. All items are sold
AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. The
Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid deemed not in the
best interest of the seller.
