THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE AUCTION! 

This train auction is for anyone with a love for trains, from the beginner to the veteran collector.  This is the beloved collection owned and operated by the late Don Staley.

 

We ask that you park at 11300 Jefferson and walk to the building just behind us. (11294 Orchard St) Parking is very limited at the Orchard address.  Please leave those spaces for folks with mobility issues.

There will be 30+ items that will be sold by photo.  (Photo's will be posted soon)  These are the large Real Railroad outdoor items.  You can preview these items in person at 1402 Fay Rd, Loveland, OH 45140 on Saturday 6/27/26 from 8am - 4pm.

We will also have an open house at 11294 Orchard St, Cincinnati, OH 45241 on Saturday 6/27/26 from 8am - 4pm for those who would like to take a closer look at the trains and other collectable items that will sold at that location.  Plenty of additional parking at the 11300 Jefferson St warehouse.

        Limited Parking at the auction site.  Please be mindful of the needs others            may have with mobility.

 

Terms:

·         13% Buyer's Premium is in Effect for Every Sale, 3% Discount for Cash or Check.

·         Sales Tax is charged on each sale unless otherwise stated.

·         Proper State Issued Identification is required for registration.

·         All Invoices MUST be paid at the conclusion of the sale. NOEXCEPTIONS.

·         Payment: We accept Cash, Check (personal or company), Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

·         There is a $45.00 service fee on all Returned Checks.

·         Removal for each sale varies.

·         All items are sold As Is, Where Is based on your own inspection. No warranties or guarantees given.
