Going on the auction block, selling by online bidding only, will be a brick ranch style home with approximately 1,811 finished square feet including the sunroom on the main level (per the PVA office). Features of the main level include three bedrooms, full bathroom with walk-in shower, a half bathroom, dining room, living room, sunroom with heat-air, kitchen (updated in 2000), some updated windows, and some hardwood floors under carpet. A majority of the basement is finished containing a family room area, bedroom, full bathroom, laundry room and storage room. The home features a gas furnace and water heater, central air conditioning, a standby natural gas electric generator, and a back deck. Outside of the home you will find a 440 sq. ft. detached garage (per PVA office) with two overhead doors, concrete floor, electric and door openers; mature shade trees, fenced backyard, Zoysia grass in the yard and a paved driveway. Both the home and garage have gutter guard type covering for the roof gutters. This home was built in 1952 (per PVA office). It has had additions and updates.
