*Number of units to be auctioned is subject to change up to and during the auction process.

  

BIDDER REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 9:00am

   -Valid ID (Drivers License) Required

   -ALL bidders must register and receive a bidder card.

 

 AUCTION BEGINS AT 10:00am

 

       -ALL contents of units are sold AS-IS, WHERE IS, with NO GUARANTEES IMPLIED
        or OFFERED. NO EXCHANGES or RETURNS.

 

 

       -Winning Bidders will have until 5:00pm on the Friday following the auction
        to remove ALL ITEMS (except mattress(es)/box springs/foundations from their
        unit(s).

 

       -Winning Bidders are NOT REQUIRED to remove mattress(es)/box springs/foundations from unit(s).

 

      -NOTICE:  If your unit(s) is/are not cleaned out, the management of the storage facility will instruct us to NOT register you in the future at any of of their facilities.
       

 

UNIT WINNERS WILL BE GIVEN A TEMPORARY CODE TO ACCESS THE PREMISES.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS:    CASH  or  CREDIT/DEBIT  

       -PAYMENT IS DUE IN THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION(S).
