All bids are final. We cannot retract or remove a bid. Credit cards will be charged approximately 24 Hours after the auction ends. If cash/check payment is preferred please notify Wells Auction Services @ wellsauctions1@gmail.com or Call /Text James Wells @ 540-421-4012 prior to the end time of the auction to be added to our list---ALL Invoices MUST be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction closing. Please bring proof of invoice if paid in advance When Picking up.

Unless you have a Va. Concealed Handgun Permit, you can only purchase one handgun per month in the state of Virginia. IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit, you can purchase as many handguns as you wish 

You can purchase as many long guns as you wish.

If you purchase more than one (1) handgun and DO NOT have a concealed handgun permit, Wells Auction Services can place your handgun in storage until the following month. The handgun must be paid in full and there is a $10 / month storage fee.

Wells Auction Services is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. All state and federal firearms laws apply. Appointments must be made and Paperwork and background checks Must Be completed at 2558 Melrose Road and are required when picking up firearms. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a firearm
