PAYMENT & PICK UP: All items must be paid for within 48 hours of auction close. Once payment is received, pick up will be scheduled. You must call to schedule pick up with Kurt (815) 943-7778. A paid invoice receipt must be provided before scheduling.

NOTE: Clavey’s has been in the nursery business since 1889. Good & hardy selection available on this auction. Your interest and participation will be appreciated!

More than 400 trees & shrubs selling! Shade trees, evergreens, shrubs, ornamental, flowering and some fruit trees. A great offering of balled-and-burlapped (B&B) trees in more than 40 different varieties. Maple, Birch, Buckeye, Coffeetree, Crabapple, Elm, Oak, Pines in 2” to 4” caliper. Shrubs included are Lilacs, Burning Bush, Viburnum and Forsythia. Selling in lots of 1 to 5 per lot. Lots will be sold with one species per lot. See “Terms” for payment, pick up, loading and transporting information. Buyer is responsible for wrapping, meshing, tarping and straps required for proper moving. Most of these trees are B&B, large and very heavy. Professional movement and planting is recommended. Please look into all costs and expenses associated with transporting and planting such nursery stock. Call Kurt for referrals for trucking and planting. 

TERMS, PAYMENT AND PICK UP: 10% Buyers Fee added to all purchases. Illinois state sales tax rate of 7 1/4% will be charged on all invoices unless Stade Auction Online, LLC is provided a sales tax exemption form (buyer’s premium is taxable). Payment is due in full within 48 hours of auction close. Payment forms accepted are Cash, good check & ACH. Credit cards accepted with a 4% convenience fee added. Wire transfer with $15.00 wire fee. No item will be released until payment is made in full – NO EXCEPTIONS. Once payment is received, pickup will be scheduled. You must call Kurt to schedule (815) 943-7778.
