54 intersection on the North side of the dam, head East across the Hwy 54
overpass onto Osage Hills Rd. Drive 1.4mi on Osage Hills Rd then turn left onto
Sander Rd and drive 0.1 miles. At intersection, turn right to continue Sander Rd
and drive 0.7 miles. Auction will be on the left. If the field is dry across
the road there will be plenty of parking, if not, there will only be gravel
road parking. (Watch for Signs)
Auctioneers Note: As Ed and Barbara
have sold their ice cream shop at the lake, they have decided to retire to
Florida and will be selling their farm and most of their personal
property/equipment at public auction. The property will sell first onsite
through the multi-par method of marketing & the property will be offered
through simulcast live & online bidding. Some of the large pieces of
equipment will sell simulcast directly after the sale of the property. We hope
