* Any purchaser of a real estate tract will pay a 20% deposit of the final sales and purchase price the day of the auction.
The balance will be due on or before July 13, 2026.
*The 2026 Real Estate Property Taxes will be pro-rated as of the date of deed.
*The home located on Tract 1 was built prior to 1978 and
may have the potential for lead based paint.
Lead based paint inspection, and any other inspections desired by prospective purchasers of the real estate, must be performed prior to the auction.
