 This is in person auction, you can see it, smell it and evaluate what you are bidding on, and in some cases walk into the unit and look. All units will be sold on this date to the highest bidder, once sold it is yours, you do not have to wait till the next day to find out if you can load it.

This will be a whole bin auction, each unit will be sold to the highest bidder for cash and a 50.00 Dollar refundable deposit will be collected and refunded after unit is cleaned out. The buyer will have 48 hours to remove everything and leave the unit clean to receive the deposit.
