We will sell by Absolute Auction (live, in-person bidding) located at the Kidron Auction Sprunger Building:
13071 Emerson Rd. Apple Creek, OH 44606
Approx. 10 miles East of Wooster on Rt. 30, then South on Kidron Rd. for 4 miles and West on Emerson Rd. to Sprunger Bldg. entrance. Auction held inside with seats and plenty of parking. Lunch stand will be onsite.

Auction Terms: Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Good local checks, and Credit cards. 5% Buyer’s Premium, waived for cash or good checks. ID required to register. Payment in full must be made on auction day. Buyer takes responsibility for safety & proper use of all items purchased. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final.
Buyers of all Modern Firearms MUST: 1) Be a resident of Ohio, or a licensed FFL dealer. 2) Be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, 21 for handguns. AND 3) Be legally allowed to buy, own, and possess a firearm.
