How to Register to Bid

Step 1 – Create an Online Bidder Account

• Create your online bidder account HERE
• Follow the prompts to create an account if you don't already have one (If you have an account with us skip this step)
• Use promo code TONA26 to waive the one-time $10 membership fee.
• A valid credit card is required for identity verification (AmEx not accepted).

Step 2 – Complete the Bidder Registration Packet

Choose one method (do not complete both):

• Option A – E-Sign Registration (Preferred)

• You’ll receive it by email (from GoFormz) by the next business day.
• Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see it.
• Completed packets must be submitted by Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, at 4:00PM.
• Option B – Printable Registration Packet

• NOTARY REQUIRED
• Fill it out and return to 11167 Big Tree Rd. East Aurora, NY 14052

*Registration packets are specific to each auction—you must complete a new one even if you’ve registered before.*
