Location
for Days 2 and 3: 5508 Benedum Drive, Shinnston, WV
Directions:
Take I-79 to Exit 125 (WV-131 / Saltwell Road). If travelling northbound, turn
left off the ramp; if southbound, turn right. Head east on Saltwell Road past
the Exxon station and continue straight for approximately 2 miles - the road
will curve and cross back over I-79 on an overpass. Shortly after the overpass,
5508 Benedum Drive will be on your right.
Shipping
Information: The Auction Company will provide in-house shipping for most items
in this auction. All items that are not picked up in person will be shipped to
the buyers dealer for transfer. Auction Company charges actual postage plus
$20.00/package for materials and handling. All ammo must be shipped via UPS
ground with adult signature required for delivery. Insurance will only be added
at the buyer's request. Our staff will combine lot numbers into the smallest
number of reasonable packages to save on shipping. Please allow up to 14 days
for packages to leave our facility. Tracking numbers will be emailed when the
shipping label is created. We do not ship taxidermy; most pieces are too large
to ship and the ones that arent too large are too fragile.

with these restrictions before bidding. If you bid on something and our staff
determines we cannot lawfully ship it to you, we will not issue a refund. We

categories, and all descriptions are provided for general identification
purposes only. They do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or representation
of authenticity, provenance, age, origin, or condition.
Bidders

Local
Pickup: Customers who purchase online and wish to pick up their items may do so
during scheduled pickup time only. Local Pickup date/time for this auction is Saturday,
June 13, 2026, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM located at 5508
Benedum Drive, Shinnston, WV. We cannot transport items or deliver items. All
items must be picked up in person in Shinnston, WV or shipped to the buyer at
the buyers request. We will not take item to our St Albans, WV office for
pickup.
We cannot
offer alternate pickup arrangements. If you wish to pickup your item at a time
outside of the published time, we will try to accommodate your request but
there will be a charge of $10 per lot for doing so.
Current
Government-issued photo ID must be presented and must match the bidder's
registered contact information on their invoice.
All bids
processed online are subject to the 15% Buyer's Premium. There is no discount
for payment by cash or check for bids placed online. At the conclusion of the
auction, the card you have on file will be automatically charged for the
invoice total. If that payment fails, we will accept cash or check at pickup
(payment via CC process is preferred). All invoices must be paid in full before
items may be removed from the premise.

Bidding
Errors: All bids are binding and final once an item has sold. Once bidding
for a lot has closed, bids cannot be deleted or removed. Please review your
bids on the review page prior to submitting the bids. Outbid notifications are
sent as a courtesy only and the auctioneer, seller, licensees, agents or
employees are not responsible for errors, omissions and/or timing of outbid
notices. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse off increment
bids.
Online
Bidding Disclaimer: Auction Company utilizes third party bidding platforms
(herein bidding platform) to facilitate the collection and recording of
online bidders. By agreeing to these terms, bidders agree to hold harmless
Auction Company and all Bidding Platform providers for technical errors and
mistakes that may arise from connectivity issues on the part of the Auction
Company and the bidder. Errors may occur.
Closing
Lots: The lots in this auction will begin closing at the published time on
the date specified. Not all lots close at the same time. Lots will extend when
there is a bid placed in the last 60 seconds of bidding. A lot will only close
when there has been no further bidding activity for at least 60 seconds.
Closing speed and the interval of the closing will be determined on a
case-by-case basis, it is usually between 1-3 lots every 1-3 minutes but will
vary. Lot closing speeds and intervals are adjusted for each auction attempt to
complete all lots in no more than approximately 2-3 hours.

As-Is,
Where Is: All items and lots are sold on an As-Is, Where-Is and With All
Faults basis without exception. There is no warranty of any type expressed or
implied as to the fitness or merchantability for any particular purpose of any
goods offered in this auction. Buyers understand that all lots and items are
being offered as used and therefore have some level of wear and/or damage and
are by the very nature of being "used and/or pre-owned and/or aged"
are at some level of defective. The auctioneer and seller expressly and
specifically disclaim, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Removal is at the buyer's sole obligation,
risk and expense. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy
in any of the items or lots by reason of their being incorrectly described
orally or written, invoiced or cataloged, and no liability will be borne by the
auctioneers, licensees, employees and agents in respect to any such faults or
errors. All marketing and information has been prepared only as a guide and is
not offered as completely accurate, nor does it give the buyers all of the
information on the item or lot. Except as herein contained, there shall be no

sold As-Is, Where-Is. Joe R. Pyle Auctions provides condition information only
as a courtesy to the bidders and is not responsible for errors in description
or condition. Buyers have the opportunity to view the items in person and
determine condition as well as any other factors relating to the description of
the item and have the obligation to do so prior to bidding.
Forfeiture: If
you cannot or do not wish to pick up or ship your items, you may forfeit them.
In this regard, to forfeit your items is defined as relinquishing all ownership
and claim to the items in question to the auctioneer with no expectations of
reimbursement; however, you are still responsible for the invoice total. No
refunds will be made if you decide to forfeit your items. If you wish to
forfeit your items, please contact us on or before the removal deadline. Buyer
agrees that any and/or all remaining lots left after removal deadline are
considered to be forfeited, but buyer is still responsible for invoice
total. Any items that are not picked up at the published location during
the pickup time will be considered forfeited.
Removal of
Items: Local pickup is available on the designated date and time
only.
Shipping:
The Auction Company will provide in-house shipping for most items in this
auction. Some items are too large or fragile for our Staff to ship and weve
indicated which lots we cannot ship by marking in the description of the lot.
If you purchase an item that is marked NO SHIPPING you must come in person
(or send a representative) to pick the item or items up during the designed
time. If you win an item that cannot be shipped and do not come to pickup, the
Auction Company will not refund your purchase amount. You can forfeit the item
or contract with the Auction Company to sell it for you in a future auction.
Inspection
of Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection
prior to the auction ending (sometimes via in-person inspection and sometimes
via virtual inspection using photos and provided descriptions). By bidding,
each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair
opportunity to inspect the item or lots either in-person or virtually and is
relying solely on the bidder's inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or
based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in
determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max
bid.
Titles: Titles
for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of
payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30
business days for processing.
Payment: The
credit card on file with your online account will be charged automatically at
the conclusion of the auction. If your card on file is declined or cannot be
processed for any reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange
alternate payment. Your invoice must be paid in full before taking possession
of the items. Payment at pickup can only be accepted if the card on file has
first been charged and declined/rejected. For declined card, payments accepted
at pickup may be in the form of cashiers check or money order, business
checks or personal checks will be accepted only with positive ID and Auction
Company approval. Business or personal checks of $10,000.00 or more must be
accompanied by a Bank Letter of Credit. Cash payments at pickup our
discouraged.
Gold
Coins: The Auction Company does not accept credit payment for the purchase
of gold coins. If your invoice includes gold coins, you will be required to
tender payment by cash, money order, certified check, or wire transfer.
Choice of
Venue / Jurisdiction: By registering to bid and accepting the Auction
Terms, Bidder hereby agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of and
venue in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia related to all
disputes arising out of or related to the entire Auction process and sale,
including, but not limited to, all disputes requiring litigation or
arbitration. By registering to bid and accepting the Auction Terms,
Bidder affirmatively waives all jurisdictional and venue defenses to actions
filed in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia, and Bidder
affirmatively submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in that Court.
