REAL ESTATE TERMS: Buyers will be expected to complete an offer to purchase, and put down ten percent (10%) of the high bid, with the balance due at closing in sixty (60) days. Offers will be written as cash offers not subject to financing, and the transactions will be closed by a title company to guarantee clear title. Taxes will be prorated to the day of closing. Property is being sold “As Is” with no warranties of any kind other than that the property shall be free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. There will be a FIVE (5%) BUYER’S PREMIUM added to the high bid(s).
