Must have a valid ID and a Bidder number to Bid. Everyone can bid that has a number including our staff. We will be accepting absentee bids. Everything is sold as is to the highest bidder. We accept Cash, Good Checks, and Credit cards. We will waiver a 4% buyer’s premium if paid with cash or good check. Must be 21 to purchase a handgun and 18 to purchase a Long gun and must be able to possess a firearm. All out of state buyers for long guns must go to Armed And Ready gun shop to do a background check and all out of state Pistol purchases must be transferred to the state where they are from, Buyer is responsible for transfer and shipping. No tax will be charged. Everything must be removed from premises the day of sale, unless approved by our staff.
