Auction starts promptly at 6:00 pm 

Preview:  4:00 - 6:00 the day of auction only.  

Photos and complete list available 2 weeks before the auction.

 

 To enhance your auction experience, please read the following: 


1) This auction will be held inside the facility with seating available. 

2) This is a live bidding auction.  There is no online bidding or absentee bidding.  You must attend in person to bid. 

3) Preview is auction day only from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.  There are no other preview times available. The viewing area is closed once the auction begins. 

4) There will be no food/drink available.  Please come prepared. 

5) Restroom facilities will not be available.  Please come prepared.

6) IF YOU SEE PROPERTY YOU THINK IS YOURS, please call the Evidence Unit hotline at 612-673-2932.  The auction company cannot help you recover your item.   

7) Bikes/Property are subject to owner claims and may not be present the night of the auction. 

AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

1) All bikes/property are sold "As Is - Where Is" without warranties or guarantees.  Please use the preview time to your advantage to inspect any bikes/property you are interested in. 

2) Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. 

3) You must be 18 to bid. 

4) You will need to present a valid photo ID (Driver's License or Passport) to register to bid. Expired Driver Licenses are NOT valid ID.   

4) Payment terms: CASH AND LOCAL CHECK ONLY.  Credit/Debit cards are not accepted. 

5) If writing a check, Minnesota checks only.   Your Driver's License address MUST match the address on the check.   No out of state checks accepted.  

6) There is NOT a cash machine on site. If you are paying in cash, please come prepared. 

7) Minneapolis sales taxed will be charged.  If you are tax exempt, please be prepared to completed the necessary paperwork at the time of registration. 

8) No Buyer's premium charged. 

9) Bikes must be removed the night of the auction.  Please come prepared. 

10) Auction begins promptly at 6:00.   We do not wait to start until all bidders are checked in.
