Liquidation/Excess Sale (Building Materials)

Tennessee River Auctions has been commissioned to Conduct the largest Liquidation/Excess Sale of Building Materials in this area in years.

Lucas Supplies, located in Waynesboro one of the largest suppliers of building materials thorough out the country has accumulated an enormous amount of items and must liquidate some of this inventory to make room in the warehouse.

This company will offer to the public and companies these items.  All items are new and will be sold in lots.  This will give individuals and contractors and the public an opportunity to purchase the items.  

THIS IS AN AUCTION THAT COMPANIES, CONTRACTORS, BUILDERS AND INDIVIDUALS WILL NOT WANT TO MISS.  ITEMS WILL BE SOLD WITHOUT RESERVE.   THERE WILL BE HUNDREDS OF LOTS OF NEW BUILDING MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES OFFERED. 

****AUCTIONEERS NOTES:  ITEMS ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL THE DAY OF SALE.  CASH, CHECK (w/bank letter), CREDIT /DEBIT (4% processing fee) WILL BE ACCEPTED.

****SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED FOR ITEMS SOLD.  ANY BUSINESS/CONTRACTORS THAT ARE TAX EXEMPT, MUST PROVIDE TAX LETTERS TO BE EXEMPT.
