TERMS:

 $25,000.00 / PARCEL due day of sale (non-refundable for Shawtown) Mortimer subject to First Right of Refusal from SBA Tower Lease (30days).   Balance due within 30 days for Shawtown and 30 days after FROR conclusion.  Legacy Coop to supply  a good Warranty Deed to purchaser.

Not subject to financing, purchasers must have their financing pre-arranged. Not subject to bank inspections or requirements, including appraisals.   Sellers reserve the right to accept or not accept the bid. Terms given on the day of the auction take precedence over printed material.
