FIRST MOVING & TRUCKING dba THE MOVING DOCTOR FORECLOSURE LIEN AUCTION. This Is A legal Sale for Non-Payment of Storage charges pursuant to the State Of New York Lien Laws. These delinquent Storage units will be sold in its ENTIRETY to the highest bidder.  PLEASE NOTE; The Successful Buyer/Bidder will be buying the entire contents of the unit and will be responsible to completely remove all items from the unit, Except: Buyer must leave personal items in unit when vacated, ie. photos, bank statements, tax returns, documents, birth certificates, records,photos etc. ( A Refundable Cleanout Deposit Of $400.00 CASH ONLY ) Will be required to assure complete removal of items from the unit. ( Deposit will be returned when the unit has been emptied.) 48 hours will be allocated to remove complete contents from the Unit ( BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) We make no statements as to the contents which are unknown to us at this time, due to the fact that locks are not yet cut and/or will be cut till the day before the sale.
