Premier At Sawmill Athletic Club is now closing their doors after 40 years of serving our community! Everything must go! We are liquidating all assets over a thousand pieces of commercial athletic equipment to indoor & outdoor pools with equipment & supplies, saunas and hot tubs must go! Also all office equipment including furniture & office supplies with over 50 flat screen tv's throughout the building! Even all the permanent fixtures will be available with such items as the A/C unit on the roof, trek decking, metal turnstiles, walls & ceiling tiles, the works!!! It all must go!
Please feel free to join us at the public auction or have the convenience of bidding online in the comfort from your own home! However, miscellaneous items will be sold during the public auction only and not available for online bidding! Therefore, we encourage everyone to attend the Preview to inspect any & all items! Miscellaneous items include such items as tons of office supplies, kids books & games, coat racks, etc.

This is an Absolute Auction so all items are sold "AS IS"! There will be a 5% Buyer's Premium added to all winning bids of the final sale price! Must pay in full Day of Sale! There is a 3% convenience fee for all major debit &/or credit cards on all winning bids with the exception of a 3.5% convenience fee for American Express.
