TERMS OF SALE: Cash, checks and credit cards. Units are sold "As Is" - "Where Is" no guarantees of any kind and by the entire unit. All merchandise must be removed from the unit. There is a $50.00 refundable clean out deposit collected at each location that you buy from. Sales tax is charged unless you have a valid resale tax ID(vendor number). U Haul reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any other written or oral material.

Please call each location for number of units, as they may change up until Auction time. We do not have the exact number of units until just before we start. Units must be paid for as soon as Auction is completed. If you do not clean out the entire unit within the allotted time(usually 24 hours), you will lose your $50.00 clean out deposit and will not be permitted to bid in any future U Haul Auctions!
