Terms:
1. All coins will be sold by lot number.
2. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer's decision shall be final and binding upon all bidders.
3. All coins are guaranteed to be genuine. Any question concerning authenticity ONLY will be settled by sending the coins to an independent authentication service (ANACS) at the purchaser's expense. Coins have been graded by their owner and are sold "as is" to the highest bidder. There are NO guarantees as to condition, grading or lack of any defects. Buyer must inspect the coins and bid accordingly. Any question concerning authenticity MUST be handled at the sale location. No coins may be returned once they leave the auction room.
4. Full payment must be made the day of the sale. Payment is to be made by cash or certified funds. Checks will be accepted with satisfactory references prior to the sale. If you are unknown to the auctioneer and you wish to pay by check, we will hold your coins until the check clears and then ship them registered mail at no extra cost to you.
5. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of all lots paid with cash or check. A 3% surcharge will be added for payment by credit card.
6. We reserve the right to represent and bid on behalf of any buyer or seller participating in this sale.
