31st Annual Piedmont Racing Expo

MOTORSPORTS TRADE SHOW, AUCTION, & RACER"S REUNION

Here are some of the items coming this year:

421 sbc hort block, 412 Ford short block, 383 Short block 350 short block, possibly 406 rotating assembly,rocker arms,  Afco springs and shocks, suspension parts, 383 crankshafts, rods, miscellaneous engine parts, Bullydog computer programers. 4 cylinder parts, heads, pistons rods and cranks.

     

            

(Note: Pre-Registered Lot numbers must be paid for in advance and if not confirmed by 2 pm on Thursday will be reassigned on a first come first served basis!)

Again we plan to have a great group of vendors with anything any racer would need!  We had a full house both days and sold over1200 lots thru the auction last year.  Special thanks to Billy and Karen Biscoe for taking care of all the drivers at check in and setting up lunch for them, and former GN Driver Gene Hobby for organizing all the drivers for the Autograph Session.

     Join us as we celebrate our 31st year for our annual short track motorsports trade show and auction.  With the assistance of Holly, Butlerbuilt, and RacersReunion Radio, we'll have our 7th Annual Racers Reunion as part of the Expo at the State Fairgrounds in Raleigh.  We invite you to join us in our third decade of servicing short-track racers across the Southeast US including racers from NC, SC, Virginia, Maryland, Georgia, Indiana, West Virginia, Florida, and Tennessee. 
     Our shows are well respected in racing circles and our event is the longest running annual trade show and auction in the Southeast United States.

Location:  State Fairgrounds, 1025 Blue Ridge Road, Raleigh, NC 27607

Building:  Expo Building (Consignors and Vendors, please check in at the Rear of the Expo Building.

Last year's Auction was completely full with items turned away on Thursday afternoon because we had no room for additional parts.  Don't be left out, pre-register your lot numbers early to reserve your spots in the auction. 

To Pre-Register Lot numbers, please print the pre-registration form, complete the form and return to the address on the form with your check before the due date.


Auction Commission Schedule:

Minimum Per Lot Fee is:        $5.00

$ 1.00 - $25.00:   $5.00 Minumum

$25.01- $299.99:      20%

$300.00-$499.99:       15%

$500.00-$999.99        10%

$1000.00-$3999.99      5%

$4000.00 and up:     $200.00 Max.


Consignment Check in Times:  

Wednesday January 18th   10am-8pm

Thursday  January 19th   8am-4pm


(NOTE):  Pre-Registered Lot Numbers will need to be confirmed by 2pm on Thursday, otherwise they will be available on a first come, first served basis with no refunds)
