Rick and Jessica Hayes, a husband and wife real estate team, specialize in equine properties, farms and homes of distinction. Residing in Madison County, they also breed horses-Hunters and Tennessee Walking Show horses. Rick, a principal auctioneer/broker, is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and the Missouri Auction School. He is a member of the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers, the Lexington Board of Realtors, National Auctioneer Association, Kentucky Auctioneer Association, and the Madison County Board of Realtors. Over the years, Rick has found that he especially enjoys working farm, residential, estate, antique and horse farm auctions.

He has held his Auctioneer/Real Estate license since 1988.
He is a graduate from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Agriculture and he also attended the Missouri Auction School.
