Lancaster Auctions is a family owned and operated business specializing in estate, personal property, antiques, farm machinery, business liquidations and real estate. Roy has been an auctioneer since 1979. He is also a certified personal property appraiser. Roy takes great pride in putting the seller AND the buyer first. He is well known in his community for getting the "top dollar" for whatever he is selling.

Roy is is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School, a member of Certified Appraisers Guild of America CAGA and a member of Kentucky Auctioneers Association.
