Theurer Auction/Realty, LLC, was founded in 1976 by Larry and Sherri Theurer. Business was first conducted from their farm home located south of Belle Plaine, Kansas. Theurer Auction/Realty has sold over 2000 real estate properties and literally millions of dollars of real estate and personal property in South Central Kansas and Northern Oklahoma. Today Theurer Auction/Realty has grown to include offices in Wellington and Kingman, Kansas, with a staff of twenty full and part-time employees. Our company was founded on the simple business philosophy of doing business by the "Golden Rule." That same philosophy continues today. We have achieved our success and continued growth through complete dedication to what we know best: 'Marketing Real Estate and Personal Property.'
