Brian Beckort’s career of providing professional auction services, expert appraisal advice, and conducting real estate transactions, is highlighted by a personal dedication to maximizing organizational efficiency, achieving top dollar for his clients. A member of the Certified Auctioneer Institute and an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate is co-owner of Beckort Auctions, LLC with his father, an auctioneer as well.

Although Beckort Auctions, LLC began in the late1970’s, Brian actually began his life in the auction business prior to graduating from the Reppert School of Auctioneering in 1998. Brian’s experience as a child, gave him the foundation to understand that marketing is one of the chief components in the auction industry. This grass-roots understanding has created the desire to branch out, as Beckort Auctions, LLC is a member of MarkNet Alliance. MarkNet is a national membership-based network of auction companies, allowing companies to grow their existing businesses through technology, networking and educational training.

Brian is affiliated with the National Association of Auctioneers, the National Association of Realtors, Indiana Auctioneers Association, Southern Indiana Realtors Association, and conducts auctions in various states. He is also involved with his local community and serves on the Harrison County Hospital Foundation Board, as well as a member of Rotary International.

Occasionally called upon to speak as a guest lecturer for the Southern Indiana Realtors Association, Brian is recognized as an expert in matters relating to selling real estate at auction. He has created a niche in his market with the knowledge of selling multiple parcels of real estate using the Multi-Par method, capitalizing profit for the seller, but also allowing the buyers to purchase the property the way they want to buy it. His professionalism is also well known to other auction firms, where he frequently assists, as well as manages auctions in various states.

Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University. Although he worked for two engineering firms, Carrier Vibrating, and Primavera Civil Engineering Firm, his passions in the auction industry have led him to a full-time lifestyle with Beckort Auctions, LLC. Brian currently resides in Corydon, Indiana with his wife and three sons, where he enjoys contributing his free time to his family.
