Lot 14 Auctions is a 7,000 sq. ft. Auction house in Niles, about 1 mile north of Chicago specializing in dynamic online consignment auctions, sometimes partnering with non-profit organizations as a fundraiser and community builder. All of our auctions are now ONLINE ONLY on Lot14.org (18% Buyer's Premium) HiBid.com (23% BP) and LiveAuctioneers.com (23%BP), and we also offer Gala, estate and liquidation auction services.
Ian Kasper is a third generation auctioneer and has been living and working in the greater Chicagoland area since 1995. In 2019, Ian received the Guinness World Record for selling the most items by a single auctioneer in 24 hours, for an auction in April 2018. We are always accepting quality consignments from the community. 20% Buyer's premium, HiBid and LiveAuctioneers.
