Russell Collection Auction Terms and Conditions of purchase:

1. Acceptable forms of payment from any buyer presenting a valid Pennsylvania Drivers license or Pennsylvania Issued I.D Photo Card are as follows: 

2. Cash, Personal check (if drawn on a Pennsylvania Bank account, no starter checks will be accepted), Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card. Credit card and Drivers license must show the same Name and Address as proof of card ownership. (No Exceptions.)

3.  Military I.D’s without a photo will not be accepted as a form of I.D. for this auction.

4. 3% Buyer Premium will apply to all internet purchase’s only. (No Exceptions.)

5. All internet purchase will be paid by Credit Card or Wire Transfer only. (No Exceptions.) All items must be paid in full before pick up and/or release will be authorized by the auction company. (No Exceptions.)

6.No Buyer Premium will be charged to any buyer in attendance at the auction!

7. All Wire Transfers, Credit Cards ( Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover) or Pennsylvania Personal Checks shall be made payable and deposited to the general account of the Michael F. Dilliard Auction Company LLC,. Please contact the auction company for a wire transfer account number.

8. No Out Of State, Business or Personal Checks will be accepted as payment by the auction company without the prior receipt of a bank letter of credit and/or bank guarantee of payment in writing issued on bank letterhead to the auction company. This letter shall also contain a bank official’s contact name and phone number for verification purposes. (No Exceptions.)

9. All buyers presenting an “Out of State” form of personal identification during the “Onsite Auction” registration process and who intend to pay with a personal check drawn on a Pennsylvania bank account shall place their thumb print on the back of the check when presented for payment and shall agree to be photographed for identification purposes at the time of payment. (No Exceptions.)

10. The auction company will extend no good faith credit to any buyer. All items must be paid in full before removal from auction site. (No Exceptions.)

11. All buyers are responsible for the safety, security and removal expense of their purchases starting at the point of sale. The term “sold” shall constitute a legal binding contract upon the buyer and only payment in full shall transfer ownership to the buyer. The auctioneer, seller and any affiliated third party service providers will assume no responsibility for the loss or protection from fire, theft, flood, natural disaster or any other defined act of God post auction! You are responsible for your purchase. (No Exceptions.)

This is not the entire tractor inventory, we found 7 tractors not on the list as we were photographing and video taping the tractors, cars and trucks for the auction.

Overnight Camping sites will be available starting Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 6:00PM and will end Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 6:00 PM for self contained campers and motor homes ONLY!!

$50.00 Donation to the local Volunteer Fire Company per camping space for 2 nights only! No camp site reservations will be taken. Limited sites avaiable, First come first served.

NO Water, Electric or Sewage hookups will be available!

NO ALCOHOL, NO TENTS and NO DOGS(Except for guide dogs) will be permitted on the auction grounds or camping area.( No Exceptions.)

Portable Rest Room facilities will be provided for this auction!

Amish Food Stand will be serving Breakfast Lunch & Dinner for this Auction!!

Handicapped restrooms and parking will be available!

Parking is first come first served!

No gaurantee of space availability!!
