Col. Paul Hampton Pearce sells Antiques, vehicles, boats, houses and anything else of value, at Auction. It is a functional, complimentary and harmonious concept that was several years in the making. It entailed a lot of hard work, dedication and, of course, expense but it was all well worth it!
Paul has been in the Antiques, Art, Artifacts and Auction Business for over 35 years. He loves the business and it shows in all aspects of his ethics, practices and enthusiasm. A Christian, he treats everyone the way he wants to be treated.
It is very easy for consignors to communicate with PAUL (757-335-1670) to drop off consignments or to make arrangements for the the guys to pick up the merchandise to be sold at an action packed Auction sale. We want you to enjoy your visits with us at our auction center but we can not be held responsible for accidents or injury to persons or property.
For payment of goods sold we take cash, good check, Visa or Master Card.
There is a 13% buyers premium added to all sales at auction with a 3% discount for cash or good check. - $35.00 return check fee.
All goods are sold as is, where is, with no guarantee of warrranty implied or expressed. Please look before you bid or buy, all sales are final.
All goods must be paid for on the day of the sale and nothing can be removed from the sale site without payment in full.
All announcements or statements made on the day of the sale take precedence over all others.
We accept phone bids and absentee bids.
Discriptions of merchandise are as honest and as candid as possible. We try to inform our buyers of any flaw, defect or questionable origin whenever possible. However, sometimes we may miss something, fail to mention something or we may just simply assume something that is obvious to us is obvious to everyone else, while in reality this may not be the case. We all make mistakes. Again, please, look and ask questions before you bid. We want nothing but happy, satisfied customers. Any error on our behalf is accidental and unintentional.
