Linda Welsh, CAI, AARE, CES, GPPA, BAS is a licensed Auctioneer and Realtor in Texas, a member of NAA, TAA, NAR, TAR. Linda specializes in agressive, accelerated and targeted marketing of Residential, Commercial or Other Real Estate at auction, and for liquidations of businesses and estates. Linda is a member of the CAI(Certified Auctioneer Institute) and has earned the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer in Real Estate). She is also a (CES)Certified Estate Specialist (USPAP certified/compliant - Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and a GPPA - Graduate Personal Property Appraiser which enables Linda and her colleagues to offer value added services for clients including attorneys, banks, special asset groups, builders, Realtors and other professionals. Linda also has the BAS (Benefit Auctioneer Specialist) and frequently serves as the auctioneer and/or benefit consultant for many worthy causes. As a Realtor, Linda has also earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Spec)and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Spec) Realtor designations. Linda's main focus is serving her clients in the sale or purchase of Real Estate (particularly at Auction). Linda is a TREC approved instructor for Real Estate Auction classes and Linda Welsh Auction & Realty Group/NYTEX Auctions is an approved provider of Real Estate Auction classes allowing she and her team to educate professionals far and wide about the advantages of selling at auction. Other areas of expertise include Business Liquidations, Charity and Benefit Auctions and Consultations and Estate Services. She and her team consult and work frequently with Bankers, Trustees, Attorneys, Heirs and Executors.
