Linda Welsh, CAI, AARE, CES, GPPA, BAS is a licensed Auctioneer and Realtor in Texas, a member of NAA, TAA, NAR, TAR. Linda specializes in aggressive, accelerated and targeted marketing of Residential, Commercial or Other Real Estate at auction, and for liquidations of businesses and estates. Linda is a member of the CAI(Certified Auctioneer Institute) and has earned the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer in Real Estate). She is also a (CES)Certified Estate Specialist (USPAP certified/compliant - Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and a GPPA - Graduate Personal Property Appraiser which enables Linda and her colleagues to offer value added services for clients including attorneys, banks, special asset groups, builders, Realtors and other professionals. Linda also has the BAS (Benefit Auctioneer Specialist) and frequently serves as the auctioneer and/or benefit consultant for many worthy causes. As a Realtor, Linda has also earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Rep), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Spec)and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Spec) Realtor designations.
