Paul A. Lynn, CCIM is Regional Director & Broker of AmeriBid LLC and Principal of Paul A. Lynn & Associates, LLC, providing real estate auction, brokerage, consulting, investment and advisory services. Mr. Lynn recently spent over 25+ years associated with major real estate auction companies in various capacities and has been involved in the sales and marketing of commercial Real Estate for almost 40 years. In 1987 Mr. Lynn received the coveted CCIM designation from the CCIM Institute. Throughout his real estate career Mr. Lynn has focused his expertise in real estate investment sales and leasing of all types of commercial, residential, and special purpose properties, with aggregate value totaling over $1 Billion. Mr. Lynn has been involved in Auctions and Sealed Bid sales throughout Texas, nationally and internationally. His client base includes Fortune 500 companies, corporate America, financial institutions, insurance companies, governmental entities, developers, REITs, home builders, business owners, and private sellers, as a broker and consultant.

Mr. Lynn is widely quoted as an expert regarding the benefits of accelerated marketing via real estate auction methods. A frequent speaker on the subject, he has addressed professional and trade organizations locally, regionally and nationally. He has authored or co-authored numerous articles that have appeared in real estate columns for various trade publications.

Mr. Lynn received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Drake University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Florida, and Louisiana and a licensed auctioneer in Texas. Mr. Lynn serves on the National CCIM Board of Directors and currently serves on the National CCIM Executive Committee; Mr. Lynn has served at the national level as the Chair and member of numerous other CCIM Task Forces and Committees; Mr. Lynn was President of the Houston/Gulf Coast CCIM Chapter - 1993; Throughout the years Mr. Lynn has served locally, regionally and nationally in many leadership positions for many Realtor®, ULI, ICSC, CoreNet Global, TMA, RMA, Jewish community, and other community organizations.
