Karl holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designations
Karl conducts business liquidation and farm equipment auctions as well as real estate auctions in Texas and New Mexico. He also conducts Farm Equipment and Business Property appraisals in Texas and New Mexico.
He was served on the Texas Auction Licensing and Regulation Education Advisory Board in Austin
Karl is a 1978 graduate of the Fort Smith Auction School, Fort Smith, Arkansas. He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. He has been an adjunct professor for Bellevue University teaching leadership, change, communication, and team building since 1999.
