Karl holds the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) and the AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designations from the National Auctioneers Association. He is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association and the American Society of Farm Equipment Appraisers..
Karl conducts business liquidation and farm equipment auctions as well as real estate auctions in Texas and New Mexico. He also conducts Farm Equipment and Business Property appraisals in Texas and New Mexico.
Karl is active in the Lubbock Texas Chamber of Commerce and serves as the New Century Leadership Steering Committee Chairman and the Expo Auction Subcommittee Chairman. He was recently appointed to the Texas Auction Licensing and Regulation Education Advisory Board in Austin
Karl is a 1978 graduate of the Fort Smith Auction School, Fort Smith, Arkansas. He holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. He has been an adjunct professor for Bellevue University teaching leadership, change, communication, and team building since 1999. |
