The Max Spann Auction Co. is a well-established, full service marketing company specializing in the accelerated sale of real estate through auctions.
Robert Dann, AARE, executive vice president and chief operations officer, oversees all aspects of the auction marketing/campaign process and directs the inside sales team. Specifically, his management responsibilities include: advertisement customization, press release coordination, open house and auction day planning, as well as facilitation of the closing process.
Mr. Dann has seven years of experience in construction/property management and 25 years experience in marketing. He is a member of the board of trustees and vice president for the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, a member of the National Auctioneers Association and Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association, National Association of Homebuilders, Pennsylvania Bankers Association, Building Industry Association of Philadelphia and an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE).
Mr. Dann graduated from Gwyneed-Mercy College in Gwyneed Valley, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a marketing concentration. He is also a graduate of the Missouri Auction School. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and a licensed auctioneer in Florida and Pennsylvania.
