Founded in 1985 by Robert S. Bottone BFS Auctioneers has conducted numerous auctions, liquidation's and appraisals of real and personal property. Mr. Bottone owner and principal is on the approved list of auctioneers and appraisers for the United States Bankruptcy Court, the United States Small Business Administration and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He is bonded as an auctioneer to the City of New York and numerous municipalities; he is licensed in North Carolina as an Auctioneer and Real Estate Broker, in New Jersey as a Real Estate sales agent and in New York City as an Auctioneer. Mr. Bottone is a senior, designated member of the Columbia Society Of Real Estate Appraisers, has been qualified as an expert witness in legal proceedings, is a past instructor at the Ocean County College, past Vice President of the Shore Professional Business Association, a past President, Vice President and Director of the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers. He is a graduate of the Reppert School of Auctioneering, recipient of NJSSA’s Auctioneer Of The Year award, a participating member of the National Auctioneers Association and the National Association of Realtors®.
