Adcock & Associates was founded in 1976.

We currently have 11 full time agents, and the only full time commercial division in Lee County. We cover the real estate market in all of Lee County, NC and parts of Moore, Harnett and Chatham Counties in North Carolina. We have several sister companies to help you in any real estate transaction including rentals, rental management, new construction, development and Auction.

Lead Auctioneer - Lisa York is a 2007 graduate of the Mendenhall School Of Auctioneering & a 2007 graduate of Central Carolina Community College Real Estate course. She was Chairman of the RPAC committee from 2008-2011 & is currently co-chair of the MLS committee for the Sanford Area Association of Realtors & is also an Ambassador for the Sanford Area Chamber Of Commerce. She was awarded the Rising Star Award for the Sanford Area Association Of Realtors in 2009. In 2010 she was awarded with the NC RPAC Chairman's Award as well as the 2010 Ambassador Of The Year Award!

Auction Project Manager - Jean Moore is a 2004 graduate of the Central Carolina Community College Real Estate course. She is chairman of the MLS committee for the Sanford Board of Realtors & an Ambassador for the Sanford Area Chamber of Commerce. Jean is responsible for handling our auctions from start to finish, she has been in the auction business for over 15 years & brings alot of knowledge to the table when it comes to antiques & collectibles. She is the heart & soul of our auction department & we feel very blessed to have her aboard.

Broker-In-Charge: James Stone has been a Realtor since 1978 & has been very active in the community as well as serving as past president the Sanford Area Association Of Realtors.
