Mr. Bell has been associated in the field of Fine Arts and Antiques as a licensed auctioneer and appraiser for a period of more than 50years.

A graduate of the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Arts Degree - 1975, he is now a permanent, resident and businessman in Falmouth, Maine since 1990.
