US MARSHALS SERVICE SEIZED ASSETS AUCTION

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) offers property for sale to the public which has been forfeited under laws enforced or administered by the United State Department of Justice, its investigative agencies (Drug Enforcement Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms) and certain other federal law enforcement agencies.

TERMS:
1. Purchases must be paid for in full within one hour after completion of auction.
2. Purchases must be paid in cash (US Currency), cashiers check (payable to Innerspace Storage) or personal check w/current ID when personal check is exchanged for certified funds or wire transfer by 12:00 noon of the following business day. Innerspace Storage will hold the vehicle until buyer exchanges for certified funds or pays via wire transfer.
3. Vehicles must be removed from the auction within one business day of the auction or arrangements must be made with the manager.  Vehicles left after one business day of auction will be charged $10.00-day until picked up.
4. Bidders agree that they are not and will not act in concert with the defendents in any case involving item up for auction.
5. All decisions by the auctioneer are final.

CONDITIONS:
1. Vehicles are auctioned as-is, where-is, with all faults, without warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied, as to age, year of manufacture, make, model, condition or any other specification.  Descriptions of vehicles, whether written or oral, are furnished as a guide only.  No guarantee as the accuracy of the description is made.  Some vehicles may have salvage only titles.  Salvage only titles and exports only vehicles, when known, are announced or noted on the vehicle.  Absences of the mention of salvage only title or export only vehicle does not constitute any warranty or guarantee.
2. This auction is conducted with reserve.  The US Marshals Service reserves the right to approve the final transfer of property to the successful bidder even after the auctioneer states “sold.”
3. The US Marshals Service reserves the right to add/delete vehicles to/from, the auction at any time.
4. Each registered bidder is solely responsible for the use of his or her bidder number, and any use by any other person is presumed to be with the consent of and contractually binding on the registered bidder.
5. Practices that eliminate competition, such as collusive bidding, may warrant criminal, civil, or administrative action against the participant and may be referred to the department of justice.
