AUCTIONEERS NOTE:  AMAZING- is the word that came to mind upon viewing this offering the first time. Folks this will be one of the most interesting auctions we have conduct because every time we open a box or drawer, another “goody” pops up! We are finding great items wrapped in newspapers from 1940-70s. The house is literally stuffed from basement to attic plus the outbuildings are equally as full. We will be finding unique items up until auction day. The Dicksons were wonderful folks & kept everything! If you enjoy toys from the 50s & 60s plus good old fashion farmstead items, you need to attend this auction. Bring a friend for we will be running 2 rings part of the day. Lunch by Cowgirl Café! Not responsible for accidents. Announcements made sale day shall take precedence. Plenty of shade so come early to inspect.
