We will be selling at absolute auction a single wide mobile home. Trailer is in move in condition and detached garage. Features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large kitchen, living room, and all appliances. Trailer can be removed from park and taken to a new location or can stay at the park. To keep it at the park the buyer must qualify with the rules and regulations of the park, and pay the monthly dues to be in the park. Please have financing in order prior to auction.
Terms: $2,500 non-refundable down payment, balance due by February 29th or earlier, sold absolute regardless of price, and trailer is sold as-is.
