You must register with proper ID (photo) and have a bidder number to bid.

Items must be paid for before they are removed from the premises.

The auctioneer to control the bidding increments.  The auctioneer will settle any disputes between two bidders.

Absentee bids accepted and must be submitted 48 hours prior to auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. (Please contact auctioneer for absentee bidder form).  Bidder responsible for shipping & handling or item pick-up. Auctioneer is NOT responsible for any errors in absentee bids.

Items may be held until funds clear.

Any lot that is determined to be inaccurate may be withdrawn or corrected ant any time before or during the auction.
