BUYER AGREES, UPON REGISTRATION TO BID, TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS SALE!


1. Cash or good check with positive driver’s license ID day of sale.
2. Payment in Full for items bought.
3. The last bid at auction is an oral contract & is legally binding.
4. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed material.
5. Auctioneer selling will settle disputed bids & will be in control as agent of sale.
6. Auctioneer is licensed by the Indiana Auctioneers Assoc.
7. Everything sold "As is, where is" & all sales are final unless announced otherwise.
8. Buyer is responsible for all items purchased after auctioneer says "SOLD".
9. The items have been displayed & each purchaser shall be held to have satisfied himself as to condition, identity, & authenticity, & shall not be permitted to make any objection after the sale on the grounds whatever.

Greg Clingan Auction & Real Estate DOES NOT certify or guarantee the authenticity of any item sold at auction. Any description stated verbally or in writing is only "Personal Opinion" and is not to be relied upon. All bids should be made based only upon personal inspection of the auction items.
