Rose Backs has been working full-time in the auction business since 1997, and graduated third in her class from Reppert’s School of Auctioneering in Auburn, Indiana. Her husband’s family history of auctioneering in Idaho and beyond has given Rose an intimate knowledge and understanding of the auction method of marketing.
Rose adds a fresh new face to an industry of few women. A talented auctioneer, Rose garners kudos for her skills. She won the rookie division of the Idaho State Auctioneering Contest in 2004 and and was also a finalist in the 2004 & 2006 International Auctioneer Championship.Most recently Rose won the 2009 Idaho State Auctioneering Championship.
Rose has a combination of a comfortable stage presence and a desire to always be on the cutting edge of Auction technology. Rose is passionate about the auction industry and is regularly attending continuing education courses as well as local, regional and national seminars and conventions focused specifically on the auction industry.
