In 1922 at the age of 11 Everett Gochenour started working at the local auction barn. Over time he learned how to “cry” and eventually he started his own auctioneering business, Gochenour Auctioneering.
Currently two of Everett’s son’s Forrest and Rex are running the business with their wives, Linda and Deb, as well as their son’s, Rich and Craig.
It can be said that there has been a Gochenour in the auction business for 85 years!
