Although some of the items at our Auctions are acquired by us, most of our items are consignments. We work hard to produce quality items for your bidding. However, that being said, this is an auction, and we will accept for auction, most unneeded attic, household, garage, or yard items, on a consignment basis. These items may be auctioned by the piece, or by the box, in a manner that we feel, may bring the the highest bid for their items. at this time, we DO NOT accept old type TV's, or Used Clothing. We open at least 1 hour prior to the Auction for your opportunity to preview the items to be auctioned. Look them over carefully, as all items are sold "AS IS" and there are no returns. If you have never been to an Auction, come check us out. You will only need a Drivers License, Phone Number, and an Email address, to register. A 13% Buyers Premium is added to your purchase at the Auction to help defray the cost of the auction. ABSENTEE BIDS are accepted as a courtesy. Please present any absentee bids in person, by mail, or by email, no later than 1 hour prior to any scheduled auction. You must be registered, or known by the Auction personnel, and are responsible for payment of any winning bid. Please call or email us with any questions. (AB2985)
