Second generation auctioneer, Richard Wacht, who was one of the last remaining auctioneers never took consignments or charged a buyer's premium for the privilege of attending and bidding at one of his Saturday night auctions. Extremely knowledgeable, Mr. Wacht is considered a recognized antiques expert by the State of Connecticut. He retired t the end of July 2019. The liquidation auction on Oct.26, 219 will be Mr. Wacht's final auction.
