Second generation auctioneer, Richard Wacht, is one of the last remaining auctioneers who does not take consignments or charge a buyer's premium for the privilege of attending and bidding at one of his weekly Saturday night auctions. Extremely knowledgeable, Mr. Wacht is considered a recognized antiques expert by the State of Connecticut. Saturday night auctions are held 46 weeks of the year.
