Col. Tom Frankhouser is a native of the state of Iowa, lived in southern California and has lived in the Sacramento and San Juaquin Valley for twelve years
• He grew up on farms in Iowa and then Missouri.
• He was an active member of both 4H clubs and FFA
• In California he managed a Financial and Commercial Companies
• Has been active in acquiring real estate and small businesses’
• In 1985 he attended and was certified Auctioneer at Missouri Auction School
• He has his Certified Appraisers Certificate from Certified Appraisers Guild of America

• Booked and Called over twenty Fund Raiser Auctions per year
• Auction over 125 Lots per hour
• 1999 through July 2002 worked with an Auction Company conducting over 275 auctions per year of commercial, industrial,Business,personal property and vehicles.
