Bill Menish BAS specializes in Real Estate Auctions and Benefit Auctions. Bill has completed his course work for the Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate and attended his first year at the prestigious Certified Auctioneer's Institute at Indiana University.
Bill Is likely the only 15 time Emmy Award Winner, turned professional Auctioneer. Bill earned those Emmy's in his previous career as a broadcast journalist, most recently, News Anchor with NBC in San Diego.
Bill delivers that same kind of success for his clients. With nearly 70 benefit auctions per year, and most of them, record setters, Bill has quickly become Southern California's favorite Benefit Auctioneer.
Real Estate clients are equally as happy. Bill conducts Real Estate Auctions for Prudential of California, Real Auctions USA as well as his own firm's real estate auctions.
Bill also uses his award winning production company to produce video of his Real Estate auctions to help clients around the world experience the story behind the home they are considering to buy. |
