This 1885 Five Dollar Gold Coin was sold at an on site downsizing auction near Morenci, Mi. on Saturday, November 9, 2019. The temperature was cold, but the bidders were hot as this coin was expected to sell for four to five hundred. The actual selling price at this Lyn Liechty Auction was a staggering $850.00! No BP at this Live Auction. I apologize for the poor quality of the photo. My camera had quit working and I had to use my Tablet to take the picture. The buyers came in spite of the poor quality of the photos.
