This gorgeous piece of property was sold at an Absolute Estate Auction held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 near Hudson, Mi. The Personal Rep for the Estate told me multiple times that he was "thrilled with the results". He should have been as it had been appraised at $39, 500 and we sold it for $41,000 which effectively quiets the argument that selling real estate at auction is nothing more than a "sale of last resort". We beat the appraisal by $1,500.00! No BP at this auction!
