This 40 acre farm located between Morenci, Mi. and Hudson, Mi. came with a three bedroom home and two garages. I sold it a Public Auction on Saturday, September 6, 2014 for $175,000 surprised my other bidders as they were farmer/neighbors and they came thinking they could buy it between $100,000 and $150,000! A bidder from out of the area bid only one time, but he had the high bid and paid cash! I think some of the local folks learned a little about the power of an auction that day! No BP charged!
